// our story

Built by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people.

Many of us spent years wondering why we felt different — why we struggled in ways others seemed not to. We burned out, masked, overachieved, and crumbled.

When the diagnoses finally came, they brought relief — but also grief, and a mountain of unanswered questions. That's why Kaleido-Think exists.

We're not a clinical service. We're a community. A place to exhale, connect, and start figuring out who you are when you stop pretending to be someone else.

Our Vision

Our long-term vision is to build a holistic ecosystem of support — from childhood through adulthood — so that neurodivergent people always have the tools, community, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Meet the Founders

The team driving the Kaleido-Think mission.

Shirvaughn Allanah
Lived Experience

Shirvaughn Allanah

Co-Founder

After navigating her own late neurodivergent diagnosis, Shirvaughn set out to create the kind of support she wishes existed earlier. With a background in community development and advocacy, she's passionate about building spaces where people feel seen, understood, and supported — with a particular focus on individuals from minority backgrounds who are often overlooked or misrepresented. She also has a strong interest in using technology to make support feel more human — not less.

Murray Witherall

Co-Founder

Murray is driven by a simple goal — creating calm, inclusive spaces where people feel accepted as they are. With training in psychology and experience working with children and young people from complex backgrounds, he brings a grounded, real-world understanding of behaviour, environment, and support needs. He is deeply committed to giving a voice to those who are often unheard, and building spaces that genuinely reflect the needs of the people within them. His approach is practical, people-first, and rooted in creating environments that feel safe, accessible, and truly supportive.
